Jennifer is the Vice President & Development Director, Oklahoma & Kansas—Jennifer is responsible for Human Resources for Excel as well as development activities such as identifying potential communities for projects, mobilizing community support and supportive services for affordable housing developments, securing site control, and preparing applications for funding in Oklahoma and Kansas. Jennifer brings 4 years’ experience with Community Housing Association for Rehabilitation Measures and Effective Development where she was the Executive Director. Jennifer is a member of the Oklahoma Coalition for Affordable Housing where she serves on several committees including the State Housing Conference Committee. Jennifer is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and holds a real estate broker’s license in Oklahoma, Nebraska and North Carolina.
